I hate to say it, but it has been a few years since I've fired this one. But as I remember, 4-inches at 100 yards was about the average.

Looks like you have a sling swivel on the front hand guard but not the butt stock.

FYI That is the screw to remove the forend to access the takedown screw. On 8s they had a loop, 81s have a plain slot head screw. The loop made it easy to take down the gun for transportation with out needing a screwdriver.
