Just acquired what appears to be a Fiala Model 1920, single shot, .22 caliber LR, magazine fed pistol. It has no markings or serial number, 7 1/2" barrel, walnut vertical lined stocks, v notch rear sight, brass topped front sight dove tailed into the barrel. I read on here a post that they knew of 160 or so ... just wanted to say here's another. Came with a leather holster that appears to be made for this pistol as the fit is perfect. Press the slide "release" and it opens the action and ejects the spent case (most of the time). The man I bought it from has had it for more than 35 years but not sure where it came from in the family.

Wow, nice pistol. I'd always wondered at the derivation of the name Fiala, recently found out about Austro-Hungarian flying ace Benno Fiala born in Vienna. So I guess it's German?
