Here's a nice example of a Lyman IA "SL" code tang sight that I bought recently. The Lyman "SL" and the Marbles "W-13" tang sights are the only tang sights adapted to the Model 1905, 1907, and 1910 rifles. The Lyman sight places the stem and aperture of the sight closer to the receiver of the rifle but may hinder access to the take down screw. The Marbles base offsets the stem and aperture further down the wrist of the stock. Not having both set-ups, I am not sure which is more ergonomic. This Lyman IA includes the flip up target aperture that often seems to be missing from these. No screws came with this one, but my Model 1910 has oversized-head tang screws in place which were probably associated with a tang sight at one point in time. I will be sure to post additional photos when I have the sight mounted.

I like that flip aperture, haven't seen one with it before.
