Hi, I just moseyed on over from gunboards.com, some of you may remember me from a few other forums over the years. I first became interested in the old self loading rifles from a Winchester model 1910 bought on a whim by my father. By researching the old WSL rifles, I learned a lot of the history of the developement of the semi-automatic rifle and even built a website about the Winchester self loading rifles a few years back: www.msu.edu/~muell132/Winchester.htmAnyways, I'm looking to hang out here, learn, and provide what information I can so we can all learn a little bit more about these old and mostly forgotten rifles.

Welcome! Good to run in to you again and have you with us. I'm the one who passed along to you the information about the Clement Neumann rifle.

Haha, I haven't dug around for information about the Clement-Neumann rifle for quite some time. Ever find a photo of one?
