Here is my little 1907 Combo. The permit for this rifle took a long time some years ago as they probably suspected that it was somehting else. Rheinmetall is more known those days for MG3 Machineguns, than for old rifles........... Technika

I have a line on one of these rifles in VG - Ex. condition. What would you fellows value one of these at?

This outfit in Houston has had two for sale over the past several years. One apparently sold. I think at one time they were both for sale about $1700. As you can see the price on the other one has gone up. www.collectorsfirearms.com/admin/product_details.php?itemID=955I don't really see these for sale enough to get a good impression of their true market value. Just considering the rarity, I would guess if you could get it for $1000 you'd be doing pretty good. That's just my guess.

Thanks for the opinion H. I don't think $1000 is going to do it - they are asking $1800 and I offered $1400 and haven't heard back from them. Guess they like owning it themselves.

Technika,
What is the capacity of the rifle magazine? Is there any source of replacement magazines for this rifle?

I have never heard of any source for replacement mags. Its a very special mag so if you loose it, it has to be custommade.......

Well, I was finally able to make a deal on this carbine. It isn't in as good of shape as Technika's (and my pics certainly aren't as professional!), but I am not unhappy with it. This gun has only these proofs on the receiver - no "RHEINMETALL" like technika's Serial number 2287 so I guess there were at least that many made. I've been told this could possibly be the only one of these in Canada!? Shown with a M94 for size comparison
