I'll kick this thread off ;D Here are two sights I picked up at a local show. The first is a Lyman receiver sight and the second is a tang sight. Both are for the Win03 SL (I hope) Maybe someone here knows a bit about them and can tell us more?

Hi, the Lyman receiver sight for the Model 1903 is the No. 45, the No. 41SL is for the centerfire Winchester rifles, No. 41R for the Remington autoloading rifles. For Lyman tang sights, the W.A. (?) code I believe is for the Models 1903 and 63, the S.L. code is the Models 1905, 1907, 1910, and the W.L. code just for the Model 1910. I wouldn't suggest mounting a Lyman receiver sight unless your rifle is already drilled and tapped. Highly unlikely you can find a gunsmith who can position the sight just like the Winchester factory.

I would like to get a tang sight for my model 81, any ideas where to find one. Also the reciever has been drilled and tapped on the top near the back with 4 holes in a rectangular pattern, could this be for a scope mount?

You may need to look for a Redfield peep target sight. I do not know the model number but I have seen a few on 8s or 81s on gunbroker. The sight may show up on ebay; but plan on the price exceeding $100.
