probably not ,but still interesting to see pics of the modifications ,just wondering what the 2 holes were for on the LHS ? maybe an attachment rigging so as to not loose it if the shooter lost grip of it ?

Those two holes were used to attach the "brass catcher bag" as the Brits. were afraid a hot case would catch their plane on fire.

The case catcher was to prevent the fired cases from becoming lodged in the controls of the plane and potential causing a crash. A similar case catcher was built by William Evans gun maker in London for use with a Colt Government Model pistol.
