I just purchased a pretty decent model l905 serial number 16095. It still has quite a bit of fire blue on the bolt and there aren't any cracks with about 80% original blue with some freckling and one small spot of rust. It has a flip sight in place of the rear spring sight and has the screws for the tang sight, so that's what going there. I need to know what make and model as well as the preferred brand of tang sight to look for. Attachments:

yes the old tang sights are a bit dear I actually bought rifles in poor shape just to get sights and then go over the rifle and resold them. just bought another 1907 yesterday that needs stock work and a reblue just for the sight and will sell it again Have a couple of Lymans still not on rifles yet the sight on my 338-223 I reworked a new Lyman sight that has the right hole spacing (for a marlin ) as the wsl
