Here's the way I post pictures on the forum. First, you have to have a membership in a free photo hosting utility. I use Photobucket, though there are others that work. You go to Photobucket, or whatever you choose, and you upload a picture that you saved on your computer, onto the photo hosting service. Once your picture is on the photo hosting service, there is an address under it called "direct link". I use my mouse to highlight that "direct link" address and then right click. That brings up a menu. One of the choices is "Copy". I click on "Copy". Then I go to the forum where I am trying to post a picture. I click on "reply" and it brings up a reply box where you can write out your message and post your picture. Above the message is a section called "add tags". One of the "add tags" is a representation of a very small picture. I click on that "add tag" of the very small picture. That puts little "img" symbols into the reply box. Put your cursor right between the two "img" symbols and paste the "direct link" address right between those two symbols. Check and make sure that your address has a complete "img" symbol at either end of your pictures address. Then go to the bottom of the "post reply" screen and hit "preview", so you can check to see that the picture will show up in your message. If it does appear in your message, then hit "post reply" and you're done. I hope this answers the question your asking.
