Have a friend of mine who has been looking at a Model 1910.The rifle has the usual crack in the forend.Wood other than that is good.Bluing is pretty much gone. The seller wants $500.00 Canadian for the rifle.Do not know what these rifles are going for these days.Is this a decent price or not for one of these rifles in this condition?

$500 Canadian is currently $390 US. Not bad for a shooter with no blue IMHO.

Went with my friend yesterday afternoon .He tried to make a deal for the Model 1010,but was unable to do so. Therefore we came back home without the rifle. The rifle itself appeared to be all there, but was in very poor condition in my opinion.

If it was in very poor condition, your friend should skip it and look for a better.

I would say, that's what he intends to do.
