I saw an 07 on Gunbroker last year or earlier this year that had a s/s barrel. It's the only one I've ever seen.

We made 2 stainless barrels one on a 1907 in 338-223 and one in a 1910 for 360 Dan wesson(358 barrel) .They were a royal pain as the fine 40 to the inch thread that holds the forend cap wants to gall if your cutter isn't perfectly sharp and then the recoil buffer escution we ended up silver soldering in place .
We gave lots of respect to whom ever designed the tooling to make those barrels back then ,turning it is one thing but to have the recoil buffer area and front sight base cut in place into the one piece was afeat in itself
thats why I reline
