I've been using cast .406", 250 gr bullets in my 1910 WSL. There are no lighter bullets available in that size that I can find. Accurate Molds has a mold that casts 206 gr bullets. I have an old Shooters Bible from 1957 and it lists components for sale for all of the WSL rifles, and sure enough they list the bullets for the .401 as 200 grs.
Anyone ever try the lighter bullet? Would a lighter bullet require more powder to work the action?

Thanks for the info. I did buy the Accurate mold and cast some 205 gr bullets that work very well with 20 - 21 grs IMR4227. I found that not using a stock recoil butt pad actually reduces the felt recoil for some reason.

Did you ever get your curved end for your model 10?
